  So far so good! A new Asian Fusion restaurant with great food and a view has sprung up out of nowhere. Frisson Friday's late night events have steadily been gaining momentum towards becoming one of Long Island's premier nightlife venues for 2017. The essence of Watami can be considered a gateway to the Hamptons as a worthy stop for travelers going to or from NYC to experience a unique nightlife / dining experience.
  
  Although I have not tried everything on the menu as of yet, the Top 3 Award for Best Dishes Around Town are Watami's Pad Thai, Scallion Pancake, and Cheese Wontons thus far. You can catch a sampling of their common menu items at an All-you-can-Eat, menu check-off style buffet, on Sunday's from noon to 3pm. One thing I wasn't to fond of is the Korean Chicken as I have never tried it before and might be an acquired taste.

  Prices range from low to slightly high depending on the dish or drinks you order. Happy hour specials run from noon to 7pm at one of the 3 bars. Cocktails during events can add up at first depending on the hour and bartender, but tend to easily even out during a power hour or drink special announcement after hours on a Friday night.
  
  Crowd: Upscale to casual mixed crowd of consensual adults from 23-60 years old. Upscale to casual. Peaceful and moderate lively atmosphere.
  
  Scenery:
  Mixology and sushi fuse together after midnight (currently only on Friday nights) accentuated with colored LED's, illuminating many unforgettable, picturesque moments, as a live DJ spins sounds of danceable, heavily seductive,deep house music from above.

  This is the best Chinese owned sushi restaraunt in the area. Generally don't give 5 stars for this kind of restaraunt. Good food...Great staff...ask for Bing or Jack!! They will make your night special.
